Union makes donation to PARDS

A labour union has made a $2,500 donation to PARDS. 

The CLAC, short for the Christian Labour Association of Canada, says PARDS was nominated by a Local 63 member.  

The donation came from the Union’s Building Communities program. 

This sees CLAC make donations for up to 15 programs twice each year. 

All the groups are picked by union members. The amount given ranges from $1,000 to $2,500.
