Almost three inches of rain so far in June in Grande Prairie says Environment Canada

Grande Prairie has recorded almost three inches of rain in June, according to the Daily Data report compiled by Environment Canada. 

There were 24.2 millimetres of rain on Wednesday, June 17, making the total rainfall so far this month 75.1 millimetres. 

Yesterday had the second-highest one-day rainfall this month after the 29.4 millimetres recorded on June 11. 

One inch of rain is equal to 25.4 millimetres.
