Mobile mammography unit visiting Spirit River

Women at risk of developing breast cancer in Spirit River will have local access to mammography services next month.

Alberta Health Services Screen Test is bringing a mobile mammography trailer to the Central Peace Health Complex.

Screen Test is dedicated to improving access to cancer screening for women in Alberta communities where mammography is not readily available.

The mammography trailer will be stationed at the Centre from July 2-3 and 6-11.
