Milling and overlay work begins along 108 Street

The City of Grande Prairie’s 2026 capital construction season continues with milling and overlay work on 108 Street.

Crews will be working along 108 Street between Royal Oaks Drive and 132 Avenue on Thursday, June 25, and will begin working between 92 Avenue and 100 Avenue in the coming days.

While the work is ongoing, traffic may be reduced to single-lane alternating, and minor detours may be set up.

Drivers are reminded to follow any posted signage and allow extra travel time when travelling through the construction zone.
