City of Grande Prairie begins multiple road projects July 6

Multiple road projects begin in Grande Prairie Monday, July 6.

Storm maintenance is set to take place at the westbound right-turn lane from 92nd Street onto 68th Avenue until late July, with the westbound right-turn lane closed and all transit and light traffic detoured.

City crews are also set to begin road rehabilitation work on Crystal Lake Drive between 116th Avenue and 120th Avenue, with traffic reduced to alternating single lanes until early August.

Further road rehab work will begin on 108th Street between 68th Avenue and north of 76th Avenue, with work to last until mid-August and lane reductions anticipated but not yet confirmed.
