Cougar spotted near Moonshine Lake

Saddle Hills County is warning the public a cougar was spotted at the campground near Moonshine Lake.

Alberta Fish and Wildlife has been notified, and residents and visitors are being urged to use extreme caution and to not approach the animal if sighted.

The County says cougar sightings can be reported to Alberta Fish and Wildlife by calling 1-800-642-3800.
