Luke Tournier wins Teepee Creek Stampede crown
The Championship Finals of the Teepee Creek Stampede were contested under cloudy skies, warm 21°C temperatures, and very good track conditions on Sunday evening.
When the dust settled, Luke Tournier driving the Dynamic Energy Group Inc. outfit, along with outriders Mitch Weber and Britt Irvine, captured the Teepee Creek Stampede crown with the best three-day aggregate time of 2:50.75.
The victory marks the first career show championship for outrider Mitch Weber. It is also the second consecutive Teepee Creek Stampede title for the Tournier outfit, after Luke’s son, Lane Tournier, filled in as a replacement driver for his injured father and won the championship in 2025.
Tournier finished a commanding 4.25 seconds ahead of runner-up Doug Irvine, who claimed second place for the second straight year at Teepee Creek.
