City closing transit stops 168 and 352 for water main project

The City of Grande Prairie is implementing transit detours around 99 Avenue.

These changes are in relation to the ongoing water main replacement project taking place on the roadway.

While construction is ongoing, transit stops 168 and 352 will be out of service, buses will detour via 102 Street and 97 Avenue, and a temporary stop will be available near 97 Ave. and 101 Street.

The city is advising transit riders to allow for extra travel time while the detour remains in place.
