Laboucane, Vigen fastest WPCA wagons on Night 3 in Dawson Creek

Jamie Laboucane and Chanse Vigen had the two fastest times of the night Friday at the World Professional Chuckwagon Association races in Dawson Creek.

Laboucane has the fastest time by 1:12.31, 0.14 seconds faster than Vigen.

Rae Croteau Jr. and Obrey Motowylo rounded out the top four on the night.

Laboucane leads the aggregate, followed by Vigen, Motowylo and Kurt Bensmiller.

The aggregate leader after Saturday’s racing will be given the Connie Patterson Memorial Award and a one-year lease on a new truck.

The top four in the aggregate after Saturday night will advance to Sunday’s Battle of the North championship final.
