Hometown performer among the artists at 2026 Bear Creek Folk Festival

Grande Prairie’s Tenille Townes will be the Friday night headliner at the 2026 Bear Creek Folk Festival.

The festival is on this weekend in Muskoseepi Park.

Friday night’s performances will start at 6 p.m.

The music will start again Saturday and Sunday at 11 a.m., with the first main stage performance at 2 p.m. The evening shows will start at 6:45.

Tom Cochrane and  Fred Penner will also be among the artists at the festival.
