Stolen semi incident leads to one-year jail sentence
Alberta Justice says the person charged after a report of a stolen semi being driven erratically has been given a 365-day jail sentence.
Rory Jordan Serna of Myrnam, Alberta, pleaded guilty to charges of possession of stolen property over $5,000 and flight from a peace officer in Grande Prairie court. Six other charges were withdrawn.
Grande Prairie RCMP said at the time on July 23, 2025, they got a report of a fuel truck and trailer being stolen.
