City marking end of summer with closure of outdoor facilities

The City of Grande Prairie is calling a wrap on summer.

Effective Monday, Sept. 21, the City has closed several outdoor amenities for the year:

• Lions Park Spray Park
• Muskoseepi Spray Park
• Crystal Lake washrooms
• South Bear Creek volleyball washrooms
• Lawn Bowling Facility

The City is thanking everyone who enjoyed these spaces throughout the summer.

Additional closures will be announced at a later date.
