Storm lose in Whitecourt, NWJHL game in Beaverlodge Thursday

The Storm lost 7-4 in Whitecourt Wednesday night. 

The Wolverines led 4-1 after the first period and 5-2 after the second. 

Sean Richards and Rydley Gerbrandt each had a goal and an assist for Grande Prairie. 

The Storm are now 2-1 on the season. 

They will travel to Camrose for games on Saturday and Sunday.

NWJHL

 There is one game in the Northwest Junior Hockey League on Thursday.

 Sexsmith is in Beaverlodge. 

The opening face-off is set for 8 p.m. 

Both teams have a win and a loss so far this season.
