The Grande Prairie Storm are on a hot streak to start the AJHL regular season.

The team picked up a pair of wins at home over the Thanksgiving weekend after hosting both Devon and Bonnyville.

The first game at Bonnetts Energy Centre was Friday night, the Storm won 4-1 over the Devon Xtreme. The second game Saturday had the Storm shutout the Bonnyville Pontiacs 2-0.

The Storm sit atop the North Division standings with 12 points, thanks to six wins and two losses.

Now, the boys are in southern Alberta all week to play four games in the span of five days. The first stop is in Olds to play the Grizzlys on Tuesday evening, then to Drumheller to face the Dragons Wednesday night, the Canmore Eagles host the Storm Friday night, and Calgary is the last stop on Saturday against the Canucks.
