Contract for new St. Thomas More School awarded to architecture firm

An Edmonton-based architecture firm has been given the task of designing a new St. Thomas More School.

During their meeting on Oct. 21, the Holy Family Catholic Regional Division Board of Trustees received an update on plans to create a new permanent structure.

The design phase has been accelerated with the Government of Alberta infrastructure contract being awarded to the Workun Garrick Partnership Architecture and Interior Design Inc., effective Oct. 8.

The original St. Thomas More School closed in 2023 due to complications with an asbestos abatement project.
