Police are asking for the public’s help in finding an unmarked R-C-M-P vehicle that was stolen in northeast Calgary.
Officials say the vehicle belonged to an on-duty R-C-M-P officer who had left his identification and badge, a loaded handgun, soft body armour, pepper spray, handcuffs and a baton inside when he went to a nearby building.
The vehicle was taken after a bag containing the keys was stolen from inside a locker.
Police have not been able to recover the equipment or the vehicle.
