Blake named AJHL Player of the Week

Following a three-game in three-night road swing this past weekend, Grande Prairie Storm forward Connor Blake has been named AJHL Player of the Week.

Blake was instrumental in the Storm’s success over the weekend which saw the club collect four out of a possible six points on the road.

Over the course of the last five games, Blake has compiled six goals and four assists.

The Storm forward also sits 6th in league scoring with 21 goals and 23 assists.

The 19-year-old forward from Calgary Alberta is also currently riding a six-game point streak.

Blake and Storm will be back on the ice Friday night in Fort McMurray to face the Oil Barons.
