NPHL Playoffs begin Tonight

The regular season is in the books in the North Peace Hockey League and the playoffs begin this evening.

In the East Division, Manning will battle the first place Falher Pirates, and High Prairie meets Grimshaw.

Both matchups will be seven-game series.

Game 1 for both series go this evening as Manning is in Falher, and High Prairie hosts Grimshaw.

The West Division is a little bit different.

With there only being three teams in the division, the clubs are unable to do the traditional seven-game series.

Instead, the clubs will compete in a double round robin against one and other, with the team with the best record advancing to the league final.

Dawson Creek hosts Grande Prairie in the first game of the round robin this evening.
