Dawson Creek will host a pair of Western Hockey League exhibition games in September.

The Edmonton Oil Kings will take on the Prince George Cougars September 12 and 14 at the Encana Events Centre.

Tickets will go on sale Friday.

Money raised from the series will be donated to the Dawson Creek & District Hospital Foundation.

Cougars defenceman Austin Crossley and centre Connor Bowie are both from Fort St. John.

Edmonton is taking on Medicine Hat in the WHL playoffs. The Cougars did not make the post-season this year.
