Powell falls just short of provincial mixed final

Graham Powell will have to settle for third place at the Alberta Mixed curling provincials.

Powell’s rink gave up a steal of two in the final end to fall 5-4 to the Albert Gerdung rink from Brooks in last night’s semi final.

Powell had qualified for the semi final earlier in the day after a 7-4 win over Cassiel Kobylnyk in his final round robin game.
