4 players from GP selected to Alberta Cup

Tuesday Hockey Alberta announced their rosters for the 2019 Alberta Cup which will be held in Red Deer at the end of the month.

Of the 120 players travelling to the showcase event, four players are from the swan city.

Goaltender Connor Stojan was selected to Team Yellow, while Ty Doucette, Lucas Schuett, and Jaxon Boucher will skate for Team Grey at the 6-team tournament.

Rosters were selected following three regional camps were held in Calgary, Blackfalds, and Spruce Grove March 29-31.

The Alberta Cup is the top select Bantam hockey tournament in the province which will feature many players who will be selected in the Western Hockey League draft in May.

The Alberta Cup runs April 24-28 in Red Deer.
