Rinks with local ties make playoffs at Players Championships

The Casey Scheidegger rink will face Jennifer Jones in quarterfinal action at the Players Championship in Toronto.

Scheidegger, with locals Cary Anne McTaggart and Kristie Moore, finished second in pool B with a 3-2 record.

Meanwhile both Kevin Koe and Brad Gushue are into the quarterfinals on the men’s side.
