Brewers blank Rage on the road

The County Brewers improved to 5-1 on the season Tuesday night thanks to a picture-perfect road game in Rycroft.

The Brewers hopped out to an early lead thanks to a pair of runs in the top of the 1st and they didn’t look back.

The Brew crew would add a run in the 4th and two in the 5th.

They also limited the Rage to just 2 hits in their Home Opener.

Rycroft with the loss drops to 2-2- on the season and will be looking for a better result when they host the Manning Mets Thursday night.

Manning was also on the diamond Tuesday evening.

They dropped an 11-5 decision to the Peace River Stampeders.
