AJHL schedule released, Storm home opener set for September 20

The AJHL has released the schedule for the 2019-2020 season, and the Grande Prairie Storm will be opening up on the road.

The Storm will open up the campaign with a back-to-back in Fort McMurray September 13-14. They will then play a third straight game on the road to open the season in Whitecourt on September 17.

The home opener will then go on September 20 at Revolution Place against the Lloydminster Bobcats, which will also be part of a back-to-back, with the second game going on the 21^st. The Spruce Grove Saints will then invade the Swan City on the 23^rd to end a three game homestand.

The Storm will begin the pre-season in B.C. at the end of August. They will visit the Vernon Vipers on the 23^rd. The team will then travel to Trail to play the Smoke Eaters on the 24^th and 25^th.
