Wagons roll in Ponoka tonight

It is a quick turn around for the World Professional Chuckwagon Association .

Racing starts Wednesday night in Ponoka three days after the High River stop finished.

Kurt Bensmiller leads the season standings, followed by Vern Nolin, Evan Salmond, and Luke Tournier.

Kirk Sutherland is eighth, Cody Ridsdale tenth, and Mark Sutherland eleventh.

Doug Irvine won in High River.

Racing in Ponoka continues through Canada Day.
