Vigen leads after Day 1 of WPCA event at Ponoka Stampede

Wednesday night saw the running of the first leg of WPCA’s unofficial “Triple Crown” at one of chuckwagon racing’s biggest and most prestigious events, the Ponoka Stampede.
Following Day 1 of competition Chanse Vigen has an early advantage at the top of the leaderboard.
Vigen had the best time on Day 1 of competition with 1:15.68.
Sitting in 2nd is Layne MacGillvray with a time of 1.15.92, and both Logan Gorst and Luke Tournier are tied for 3rd at 1:16.11.
