Paving prep underway in Clairmont

Construction season continues for the County of Grande Prairie.

Work is underway to prepare 1.9 km of roadway in Clairmont which will see grading and base paving work along 97A street from 101-107 avenue.

Motorists can expect minor delays over the course of the duration of the project.

During the time speed will be reduced in the construction zones and traffic will be reduced to a single alternating lane.

Residents are reminded to obey all traffic signs, flag persons, and to use extreme caution when travelling through the construction zone.

This is all part of the County of Grande Prairie investing $31.1 million on both capital road and bridge projects this year.
