Wet weather postpones Game 3 between Stamps and Rage

Game 3 between the Peace River Stampeders and the Rycroft Rage will have to wait 24 hours.

Mother nature had different ideas Wednesday as rain peppered the Peace Country and as a result postponed the contest between the two clubs.

Game 3 is now scheduled for Thursday night in Peace River, but if the game needs to be postponed again it will be played Monday evening.

Rycroft leads the series 2-0.

First pitch for Game 3 Thursday night is set for 7:15 p.m.

The other league semi-final between the County Brewers and Manning Mets will resume Friday night with Game 2 in Manning.

The Brewers lead the best-of-five series 1-0.
