Calgary police arrest second suspect in 11-year-old homicide

Calgary police say they have a second man in custody in an 11-year-old homicide.

Allan Richard Teather was shot and killed in the parkade of a condo complex in the city’s southwest in January 2008.

Thirty-four-year-old Brian Cheng of Calgary was charged earlier this month with first-degree murder.

Police say new evidence has led to another arrest in Vancouver, where investigators are questioning a suspect.
