Local firefighters present challenge coins to Humboldt Fire Department

A local fire captain made a trip to Saskatchewan to present the Humboldt Fire Department with a case filled with Challenge Coins.

Captain Harold Bulford of the Bezanson Fire Department says he received a lot of support when asking for help from other departments.

“We’ve got about 34 coins at this time and we hope to get a few more but we just wanted to show them that we are thinking of them and they weren’t alone in the healing process.”

He says they also created a plaque that reads “Together We Fight, Together We Fell, Together We Heal.”
