Death of Peace River woman ruled a homicide

Peace River RCMP say the death of a woman earlier this week in Peace River has been ruled a homicide.

This came after an autopsy was conducted on Wednesday.

Police have not released the 37-year-old women’s name but do say she was from Peace River.

Mounties found her body after they were called out just before 2 a.m. Tuesday to a report of an injured person.
