Calgary man charged after colliding with multiple vehicles with U-Haul

CALGARY – A man faces several charges after a stolen U-Haul cube van collided with at least 10 vehicles around Calgary.

Daryl Lee Noble, who is 39, is charged with dangerous driving, failure to stop at the scene of an accident and flight from a police officer.

The Calgary man is also accused of theft of a motor vehicle, of driving uninsured and with a suspended licence and of breaching court orders.

Police were called at about 4:30 a.m. on Thursday after a cube van crashed into another vehicle in the city’s southeast before the van’s driver fled.
