Bandaged Paws Animal Rescue to hold online auction fundraiser next month

Bandaged Paws Animal Rescue will be having their annual Christmas Fundraiser: Online Auction Extravaganza this December.

From December 6 to 8, a variety of items will be up for auction.

Volunteer and organizer Kristin Jensen says she started the fundraiser back in 2017.

“Fundraising is an ongoing initiative for Bandaged Paws. Since opening our facility, we’ve had to double our intake numbers, and that means double the vet bills, double everything else, so this fundraiser’s basically just a way to keep the fundraising initiative going and Christmas is a wonderful time for that to happen.”

All the money raised goes back to Bandaged Paws.

Jensen adds that the community has been incredibly supportive so far, and there will be something for everyone available, such as things for kids and families, pet supplies and gift baskets.

She says the first run of this fundraiser in 2017 raised almost $7,000.

The items available can be found here, and the auction will end at 8 p.m. on December 8.

The auction items will all go into an album titled ‘Auction Items 2019’ on Facebook.
