Athletics and Canucks battle for top spot in NPHL

The Grande Prairie Athletics are in Dawson Creek tonight to face the Canucks. The two teams are locked into a battle for first place. They both have a 12-1-1 record.

The only time the two teams have lost this season was against each other. Dawson Creek defeated the Athletics 6-5 in overtime on December 6.

The Athletics defeated the Canucks 5-4 on November 28 and 7-6 in overtime back on December 19.

Puck drop for tonight’s game is set for 8:30 p.m. in Dawson Creek.
