JDA Kings look for win against North Peace, Vipers look to end slide in Dawson Creek

JDA County Kings @ North Peace Navigators

The County of Grande Prairie JDA Kings travel to Peace River tonight to face the Navigators.

The Kings have struggled as of late dropping three straight games. Their last meeting against the Navigators came on January 24 when they fell 3-0 at the Crosslink County Sportsplex.

With a victory, the Navigators could move into second place in the standings. The Navigators have won three straight games heading into tonight.

Tonight’s game gets underway at 8:00 p.m. from the Baytex Energy Centre.

Sundown Oilfield Sexsmith Vipers @ Dawson Creek Junior Canucks

The Junior Canucks will look to remain second place in the NWJHL standings against the Sundown Oilfield Sexsmith Vipers tonight. They’re coming off a 6-1 win last Friday at home over the JDA Kings.

Meanwhile, the Vipers have been playing better hockey as of late. In their last meeting with the Junior Canucks. They fell 6-5 in a shootout loss.

Saturday also saw the team nearly beat Fairview, but they fell 3-2 in the shootout.

The Vipers haven’t won since November 16.
