Mar 6, 2020 | 4:44 PM

Alberta has its second presumptive case of the coronavirus.

Alberta Health says it is in a man in his 40’s from the Edmonton area.

Officials say this is travel related and he is recovering in isolation at home.

Alberta Health says he had been traveling in Michigan, Illinois, and Ohio before returning home February 28. The case was detected Friday. Close contacts are being identified and they are asked to stay at home away from other people.

Chief Medical Officer of Health Dr. Deena Hinshaw finding another case is not unexpected and the risk to Albertans is still very low.

The first case, a woman in her 50’s from Calgary, was announced yesterday.
