Central Peace Regional Emergency Management offering program to deliver essentials to those in need during COVID-19 pandemic
Family and Community Support Services (FCSS) and the G5 municipalities from the Central Peace Regional Emergency Management (CPERM) have joined to help the community during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The FCSS’s are now offering a program to provide essentials such as groceries and medications to those who are more at risk, or isolated.
The program is meant for those who do not have access to other supports, unable to get to town or unable to leave their homes due to the province’s isolation requirements.
The areas covered in the program are Birch Hills County, the MD of Spirit River, Town of Spirit River, Saddle Hills County and the Village of Rycroft.
