RCMP ask for assistance locating missing woman

UPDATE: Katelyn Boucher has been found, safe and unharmed.

Fort Vermilion RCMP is asking for the public’s help in locating 27-year-old Katelyn Boucher.

She was last seen on June 5 at her residence in the Hamlet of La Crete. Boucher drives a Scion TC, and mounties believe she was in the High Prairie Area on June 9, and may have been attempting to return home to the Mackenzie County area.

Boucher is described as an Aboriginal woman, standing 5’8″ tall and weighing about 140 lbs. She has blonde/purple hair and brown eyes.

The RCMP is concerned for her safety and well-being, and anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call the Fort Vermilion detachment at 780-927-3255, or to make an anonymous tip through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477, or online through P3Tips.
