Alberta adds 41 new COVID-19 cases Tuesday, no change in Peace Region
The province added 41 new cases of COVID-19 on Tuesday, while there was no change to case numbers in Northwestern Alberta.
There are now 547 active cases of COVID-19 in Alberta, while 7,407 people have recovered. No additional deaths were reported in Alberta Tuesday, leaving the number of fatalities at 154.
Updated case totals as of Tuesday’s update are as follows:
- City of Grande Prairie: 19 cases (One active, 18 recovered)
- County of Grande Prairie: Seven cases (All recovered)
- M.D. of Greenview: Three cases (All recovered)
- M.D. of Smoky River: 67 cases (One active, 56 recovered, ten deaths)
- Big Lakes County: 41 cases (One active, 35 recovered, five deaths)
- M.D. of Lesser Slave River: Five cases (All recovered)
- Northern Sunrise County: Four cases (All recovered)
- M.D. of Peace: Six cases (All recovered)
- Clear Hills County: Ten cases (One active, nine recovered)
- County of Northern Lights: Zero cases
- Mackenzie County: 37 cases (Four active, 33 recovered)
