Sport Connection hosting online panel to discuss the return of children’s sports

The Grande Prairie Regional Sport Connection is hosting a free online parent panel to discuss the return of sports for local children.

The What will it take for parents to put their kids back into sport? panel will allow for discussions on how parents feel about their children returning to sports, along with addressing concerns and questions in an effort to alleviate stress from parents.

The information will help sports organizations and coaches understand what is needed to accommodate the safety of families with the return of children’s sports.

The free panel will go from 2-3 p.m. on Thursday, July 16, 2020. Those interested in participating in the panel are asked to register in advance.
