Court update: more on a death in Cadotte Lake

We have an update to a story we brought you from Peace River court February 22.

Alberta Justice says a man charged after a death in Cadotte Lake has pleaded guilty to one charge, but a stay of proceedings is in place for the other.

Dylan Moberley-Horseman admitted to a count of break and enter to commit robbery. He is due back in court April 12 for sentencing.

The stay is for a manslaughter charge.

He and Ramsey Carifelle were charged after the May 9, 2017 death of 31-year-old Marvin Nahachick Jr. in a Cadotte Lake house fire.
