Kari Scheers will serve a second term as chair of the Peace Wapiti Public School Division Board.
The trustee for Ward 1, which oversees Eaglesham, Woking and Rycroft, was elected by acclamation at the organizational meeting held last Thursday.
This will be her second year in the post.
Lori Grant was elected vice-chair by acclamation at the same meeting.
She is the trustee for Ward 3, the Beaverlodge and Elmworth area. This will be Grant’s first term as vice-chair.
