Two new COVID-19 cases added in City of Grande Prairie, Alberta adds 1,115 new cases
For the second straight day, the City of Grande Prairie added two new cases of COVID-19 and also saw six more recoveries for Monday, November 24. That brings the number of active cases in the Swan City down to 78.
The Province of Alberta ended up reporting 1,115 new cases of COVID-19. The province also conducted 13,576 tests on Monday, creating a provincial positivity rate of 8.2 per cent.
Elsewhere in the Peace Region, the County of Grande Prairie saw no new cases and had one recovery, while the M.D. of Greenview added two new cases and had four recoveries. There are currently 42 active cases in the County of Grande Prairie and 40 active cases in the M.D. of Greenview.
