The Grande Prairie & District Chamber of Commerce has held its annual general meeting for 2020.

Larry Gibson will serve as chair for a second-straight year after being re-elected.

Three new board members have been elected. They are Jason Petrone, Lori Pollock, and Barry Yaehne. That group will join two returnees who were re-elected, Ken Loudon and Cord Spero, on the nine-person board.

The Chamber also gave out its annual awards during the AGM.

The Clem E. Collins Award for Chamber Volunteer goes to Shawna Miller, Wendy Bosch is the Business Citizen of the Year, Bill Given was named the recipient of the Above and Beyond Award, and the Dan H. Milchen Award for Long-Term Member Business Achievement went to Community Futures Grande Prairie & Region.
