RCMP investigating Cobblestone area vehicle break-ins

Grande Prairie RCMP are investigating vehicle break-ins in the Cobblestone area of the city.

Early morning Saturday (March 24), four vehicles were broken into, according to an RCMP media release. Police say the incidents happened on 93 Avenue betweem 89 Street and 91 Street. Officers confirm that items were taken including wallets, electronics, and personal documents.

RCMP are encouraging people to take steps to reduce their chance of being a victim.

These include:
-Securing property
-Removing valuables from vehicles
-Removing keys from vehiclse
-Keep an eye on your property and neighbour’s property. Report suspicious activity.
