PCFAC players commit to Red Deer College for 2021-22 hockey season

Wembley’s Arilyn Toews and Valleyview native Jailyn Bablitz have committed to play hockey at Red Deer College for the 2021-22 ACAC season.

Both Toews and Bablitz play hockey for the AA Peace Country Female Athletic Club Storm.

Last season for the Storm, Toews tallied 17 points in 26 games. This year, she was able to score two points in their club’s only two games.

Toews’ teammate Bablitz has registered one goal in the two games this season. During the 2019-20 season, Bablitz registered 16 points in 26 games for the same Storm team.

Beaverlodge native Jensyn Wallan also recently committed to play at Red Deer College.

Wallan spent the 2018-19 season with the Storm, before moving away to play AAA hockey in Lloydminster and Red Deer the past two seasons.

Camryn Wallan, Jensyn’s sister is also on the team. She is in her fourth year with the Queens.
