Grande Prairie man charged after shooting at Horse Lake

RCMP have charged a Grande Prairie man after what police describe as a violent home invasion last month at Horse Lake First Nation.
Thirty-year-old Dustin MacAuley is facing counts that include Aggravated Assault, Break & Enter, and Discharging a Firearm with Intent.
MacAuley will stay in jail until the case is before Grande Prairie Provincial Court July 30.
RCMP say just after midnight June 9, three men went into the Horse Lake home. An assault took place and the three left. One man was shot and was taken to hospital.
The other two suspects have not been located.
