Beaverlodge man charged following alleged 2016 sexual offence
A man from Beaverlodge has been charged following an investigation which followed allegations of a sexual offence against a young child which occurred in 2016.
RCMP says they were notified of the allegations in February 2021, and an investigation was immediately launched by the Beaverlodge RCMP, the Western Alberta District General Investigative Section and Caribou Centre.
Authorities say that investigation led to the March 1 arrest of 34-year-old Timothy Shawn Superville of Beaverlodge, where he was charged with sexual interference.
Police believe there could potentially be other victims or witnesses and are asking anyone with information to contact police of Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
