Anaheim Ducks forward Carter Rowney is out for four to six months after knee surgery.
The Anaheim Ducks say on their website he had surgery Friday on a torn cartilage in his left knee.
He was injured in a February 22 game against Arizona and was placed on the Ducks injured reserve list shortly after that.
The Sexsmith product and Grande Prairie Storm alumnus had six assists in 19 games this season.
