Road bans lifted in County of Grande Prairie

The road ban on County of Grande Prairie gravel roads has been lifted.

Effective immediately, gravel roads have returned to 100 per cent axle weight 24 hours a day, unless otherwise posted.

The County issues road bans during spring thaw when gravel roads are especially vulnerable to damage.

A 75 per cent axle weight road ban remains for all gravel roads within the City of Grande Prairie, 24 hours a day.
